exercise, learning a new sport and making new friends
and acquaintances together social activities throughout
the year then why not pay us a visit.
outdoor season starts at the end of April and Bletchingley
Bowls Club extends a warm welcome to people of all
ages whether complete beginners or experienced players.
The Club was founded in 1929 and is based at Grange
Meadow, Bletchingley on the A25 opposite “The Bletchingley
morning is being held on Saturday 8th April from 10am
to 12 noon when you can view the Club and its facilities
and find out about the game of bowls.
Day is being held on Sunday 7th May from 2pm to 6pm
followed by a series of “Play Bowls4Fun” evenings
on Friday 12th, 19th and 26th May and 2nd June from
7pm to 9pm. All you need initially for the Open Day
and “Play Bowls4Fun” evenings is a pair of flat soled
shoes – all other equipment will be provided. Coaching
sessions will also be available during the season
for new members.
So if you
fancy learning a new sport, getting some exercise
and making new friends in 2017 why not bowl up and
give it a try?
