Last winter, under the leadership of Andy Hoskin, a few willing members successfully refurbished the Visitor’s Changing Room. This time we aim to do likewise to the Men’s and Ladies’ changing rooms.
The scope entails the redecoration of the walls and wooden benches plus laying a new carpet. All of the materials are on site and will follow the same pattern as the works carried out to the Visitor’s Changing Room. It will need just a few willing hands, and someone to manage the works.
With that it mind, a few hours of your time will see this much needed work completed, with the bonus of enhancing the changing facilities.
It is hoped that these works can be carried out in stints of a couple of hours on weekday mornings from 10am commencing early February.
Please send Tony Reason your availability and he will coordinate the works, albeit from distant shores.
Remember, it’s your club and these works will be to the benefit of us all.
